On-Trade and Gifting FAQs
- By when do I need to submit my order?
You need to submit your order no later than 26th February 2010. If you need assistance with this, please contact Tracey Wakelin.
- How do I place an order?
In all cases, once you have chosen an item to view, you will be given the chance to place the item and your desired quantity in your 'ORDER CART'. Once you have placed that item in your cart, you have the choice of either going back to product list to continue shopping or proceed to requesting a Delivery Quote.
- Why are there 3 cost options for some item?
This is TIERED PRICING:For some items, we have included a tiered pricing structure. This is to give you an indication of economies of scale. Once an order window is closed, we collate a global order quantity for each item to determine a final global price for each item.
- What is a minimum order quantity?
For each item there is a global minimum order quantity - this order total must be reached on a global basis to ensure the price detailed on the first cost option line. If this number is not met you will be notified personally within two weeks of the order window closing.
- I see some items are listed as being supplied in sales units, what is a sales unit?
You will notice that some items feature a specified sales unit – this means that these items can only be purchased in multiples of this sales unit number due to the way the item is packed by carton or palette. For example, polo shirts may be purchased in sales units of 50 items. Therefore you will only be able to order this item in increments of 50 i.e. 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 etc. For these kinds of items, the drop down menu in the Quantity section of the order page will only allow you to order items in these quantities so you will not be able to make a mistake.
- How do I finalise my order?
Once you have placed all the items and the quantities you wish to order in your 'ORDER CART' you will then be able to request a DELIVERY QUOTE. Please note that your Order is not binding, only once you have received and approved your Delivery Quote, will your order become binding with the provision of your Purchase Order number.
- What is a delivery quote?
Your Delivery Quote will present you with a complete and final cost for delivering your final order to your market. The price of items in the Galerie are indicative prices which are reflective of the Landed Price of all items into the Netherlands. Once we have a global aggregated volume for each item, we can calculate a final price. This will be reflected in your Delivery Quote.
The sub total cost in your Order Form does not include shipment costs for delivering your order to your market or import duties relevant to your market . Your Delivery quote will stipulate these additional costs.
- What exactly will my final Delivery Quote include?
The final delivery quote will include:
- a list all the items you ordered, including the final price per item
- the cost of shipping your order from the Netherlands to your market
- any import duties that are relevant to your market
- the delivery term
- the expected delivery period and the delivery address.
- How much more can I expect to pay for shipping my order from the warehouse in the Netherlands to my market?
Your Delivery Quote will include a cost for shipping your order from the Netherlands to your end market. This cost is dependant on where you live in the world. Below are examples of average mark up on the cost of your final order, subject to region:
Western Europe 10% Asia/Australasia 20% Americas 38% Africa, Middle East, Commonwealth of Independent States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) 28% Eastern Europe – non EU 30% Eastern Europe – new EU 28% - When can I expect to receive my order?
The delivery timing is subject to the aggregated order volume and individual market requirements which can differ per item. This will be communicated to you by Tracey Wakelin or Martijn Goosen on an individual order basis, with your Delivery Quote.
- How do I make the payment for the merchandise items I have ordered?
Each market will be invoiced individually. You will need to provide a Purchase Order upon approval of your Delivery Quote and payment of goods will be settled after final receipt. Further details on this will be stipulated in your Delivery Quote.
- When is the next Order Window?
The current order window will be open from the 16th February to the 26th of February 2010. Orders must be received by close of play Friday 26th of February 2010.
- Will you be developing this range over the course of the year?
Over the course of this year, we will develop the range further. The long term vision is to grow this into a comprehensive global merchandise range that successfully supports all markets across the world.
Off-Trade FAQs

Due to local variations in Off-Trade store environments the Off-Trade POS is supplied as artwork for local market adaptation and production.
- How do I organise design changes for use in my local market?
To adapt the design of items you will need to provide the artwork files to your local design agency. Please send them the hi-res artwork link provided on the download page.
- I've downloaded the Technical Specification artwork file, but I can't open it?
The file is a PDF and is compatible with Acrobat Reader version 8 onwards. If you don't have Acrobat Reader you can download the latest version free of charge http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
- I've tried to downloaded the hi-res artwork file and I'm experiencing one of the following issues:
- PC hanging or file taking too long to download
- File blocked by PC
- Unable to open the file
The hi-res files are extremely large and should only be downloaded by authorised agents, creative agencies and print production companies with suitable bandwidth, hardware and software. The files are Illustrator files backward compatible to Illustrator CS.
- I've sent the hi-res artwork link to a local agency; however they have been unable to download the file.
We've used www2.multiplyuk.com as a location for storing files that are too large to send by email and might slow the site down if downloaded directly. The link provided on the download page will take the user to the right download page as long as it hasn't been broken by a text editor. Please advise the agency to check that the full link is intact.
If the site www2.multiplyuk.com is unresponsive, there might be a temporary loss of service. Please advise the agency to try again after a short interval. If the problem persists please contact Andy Hall: andy.hall@multiplyuk.com
